Our apartments are located in Fiumaretta, Ameglia, province of La Spezia and they are located only 50 meters away from the sandy beach. The beaches are equipped with all the comforts for kids and family and you can easily rent sun bed, beach chair and umbrella.
The beaches, located between the regions of Liguria and Toscana, are perfect for kids. The low sea bottom allows everybody to swim safety thanks also to the supervision of the staff. The waters are perfect either for a day in kite surf or a trip with the sailboat.

Each apartment has one parking slot inside the Villa, which is a great benefit during the summer period.

Chose the summer apartment according to your needs to spend your holiday in Ameglia. The 3 apartments are located into two floors of the Villa. The 2 smallest apartments are located on the ground floor and they both are 50 square meters.
The apartments “La Conchiglia” on the street side, has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and can host up to 4 guests.
The apartment “Stella Marina” on the sea side has one bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed, one bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and can host up to 5 guests.
Lastly, on the first floor, the apartment “Cavalluccio Marino”, with its 95 square meters and three bedrooms, can host up to 9 guests and it is perfect for group or big family.
Small pets are welcomed.
From our Villa you can easily reach the beach by walking as it is only 50 meters far away! This one of the reasons of how families with kids love staying in our apartments: the can quickly reach the apartment in case they need and go back to the beach in only few minutes.
